Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please note, we do not cover any shipping charges related to returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. It is recommended that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@brewerybranding.com to notify of this return/reason for return, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase /printout of email to customerservice@brewerybranding.com , and mail your return to the following address:

If you are in need of prepaid shipping labels, please request this in your email to customerservice@brewerybranding.com When using prepaid shipping labels, you will be provided a payment link to be charged prior to the label PDF being emailed.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the refund. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 24-48 business hours to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and processed.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item, please email customer service at customerservice@brewerybranding.com to notify of this exchange and confirm availability of the item/size you are exchanging for, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase /printout of email to customerservice@brewerybranding.com, and mail your return to the following address:

Please include a self-addressed and pre-paid postage envelope for us to send the exchange item to you. Once we have the original unwanted item, we’ll ship out the preferred item.
